Our philosophy of manufacturing is based upon the planned elimination of waste and continuous improvements of quality and production procedures. This process has been described as an approach with the objective of producing the right part, in the right place, at the right time. This philosophy is better known as “Just In Time” or “JIT Manufacturing”.
Waste is a result of any activity in our process that adds cost without adding value. Such as the unnecessary moving of large product parts, the accumulation of excess inventory, or the use of faulty production methods that may create subsequent re-work. Here at Alabama Roll Products we maximize welding automation with our welding manipulators which reduce cost and increases quality. As well as including Quality Assurance Control inspections at each stage of a product’s manufacturing phase.
Our commitment to excellence, our over 20 years of knowledge and experience, and our ABS and Lloyd’s of London certifications have allowed us to maintain a very stable and committed workforce.
